Booking Terms

These terms and conditions govern the use of Aurora Ferry's booking service. By using this service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking request.

Billing ​

Depending on your location and payment method, billing may occur in EUR or USD. Pricing is converted to the billing currency at the exchange rate in effect when payment is processed.

Full payment must be made to confirm your booking. Unpaid or partially paid reservations will be cancelled if departure occurs within 30 days without full payment. Aurora Ferry follows the cancellation policies of our partner ferry operators and cannot modify bookings after their specified deadlines.

Price validity ​

The prices we quote are not locked and are subject to change. Please pay promptly to keep the quoted price. If pricing changes after booking but before confirmation, we'll notify you and work toward a resolution.

Availability ​

Availability for cabins and other onboard services may fluctuate, and we reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions when that happens. Substitutions occur most often during peak season and on popular routes. We commit to offering suitable alternatives and communicating any changes promptly.

Cancellation ​

Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 days before departure via email. The Booking Fee will not be refunded, but the original booking amount will be 100% refunded.

Changes ​

Trip modifications are available up to two days before departure for €20 plus any fare difference (or a refund if prices drop). This covers date changes, passenger additions or removals, and vehicle additions. The first trip change is free of charge if made more than 30 days before departure. Name corrections don't count as a trip change. All modifications are subject to availability.
